Take a deep dive into the world of cheese! Join us for a guided tasting of five cheeses that represent the history, science, and flavors of one of the world's oldest foods. In this 90 minute beginner's class, you will partake in tasting the very best cheese of the season and learn every little thing about them. 

Certified Cheese Professional Jessica Kesselman, ACS CCP® leads the way, with cheeses provided by Scott & Joe in Nyack, NY.
