November's book club selection: "The Paris Agent" by Kelly Rimmer is a historical fiction novel that intertwines the stories of two British SOE (Special Operations Executive) agents, Chloe and Fleur, with the present-day search by a former agent's daughter for the person who saved her father's life. The novel explores the lives of these two ordinary women who became fearless spies in France during World War II, facing danger, betrayal, and the devastating impact of war. The daughter's quest uncovers a double agent and reveals shocking secrets from the war's final days.
