Would you recognize a marijuana edible if you found it your child’s room? Marijuana is legal for adult use in the state of New York, but edibles can present a danger for children. There has been a recent increase in minors consuming edibles, foods and drinks that contain THC. CANDLE (Community Awareness Network for a Drug-free Life and Environment) encourages parents to have open-minded discussions with their children about edibles and reach out if they need help.
