Yoga, breathing, and postures strengthen your respiratory system, soothe your nervous system, help to reduce or eliminate various cravings, and strengthen your immune system. And don’t forget to come with an open mind loose clothing and a playful smile!
Rochelle Spooner has taught yoga in the New York area since the early 1990s leading biweekly classes, corporate wellness seminars clinics, private sessions and has created phone yoga for the homebound population.
