Join Certified Cheese Professional Jessica Kesselman for a crash course in cheese. Through a guided tasting of four cheeses, we’ll explore how the same basic ingredients, influenced by geography, history, and science have resulted in countless variations of one of the world’s favorite foods. Cheese provided by Scott & Joe in Nyack.
