Create and Sip for Adults- California Superbloom Landscape

Are you thinking about spring? Then you will love our next Create and Sip for Adults with Alexis Starke!  We will create an oil pastel landscape painting inspired by the glorious natural phenomena of California superblooms. After exploring photographs of the landscape, plants, and butterflies of California super blooms and other wildflower grasslands, we will learn some fun sgraffito (scratching) techniques. You will need oil
pastels for this project.

Each participant will receive a goody bag with chocolates, a mini bottle of wine, paper, scratching tools, and inspiration images. This is a live virtual class and participants are welcome to ask questions, exchange ideas, and share their work. Our projects are always designed to be relaxed and beginner friendly but fun for all levels. Goody bags should be picked up from the library no later than 1pm the day of the program.

PLEASE NOTE: Registration for this program opens up to Piermont Residents on December 16th, 2023 @9am. Registration opens to non-residents on January 2nd, 2024 @9am. Address verification will be used. 

Any non-resident registrants who register prior to the January 2nd date will be automatically removed by the system and will need to re-register themselves on the correct date to be included in the class. 

If you register too early, you are not registered for the class, you will be removed by the system.
