The next event in our popular series Create and Sip for Adults with Alexis Starke is coming up!  Join us (virtually) on Thursday, July 18th, from 7:00 - 8:15 pm to create a watercolor painting of the Piermont Marsh.  We will start out with a colorful slide show of marsh paintings by local artists and from art history.  After practicing some watercolor techniques, we will then create our own watercolors of the Piermont Marsh.  We will go over sketching, color mixing, and the creation of texture.  You are welcome to work from your own photograph or from one provided.


Each participant will receive a goody bag with chocolates, a mini bottle of wine, watercolor paper, and inspiration images. You will also need watercolor paints and a brush or two (any brand from Crayola on up will do!) This is a live virtual class and participants are welcome to ask questions, exchange ideas, and share their work. Our projects are always designed to be relaxed and beginner friendly but fun for all levels.
