Marisa Horowitz- Jaffe has been teaching, studying and living ancient history for over 25 years. Her background includes double Bachelor’s degrees in Egyptology and Roman Archaeology, with an Art History minor, from The University of Michigan, followed by a Master’s degree from Harvard University in Art and Museum Education. She spent two decades working in elite NYC art museum education departments, and ­­­­now enjoys bringing her own artifacts and mobile museum to teach enrichment programs in schools, libraries and community groups.
