Let's break traditional Thanksgiving appetizers and make turkey and cranberry spring rolls Thai style with Chef Pearl.

A native of North-Eastern Thailand, Chef Pearl grew up with a love of good food embedded in her soul. The former Miss Thailand developed a deep passion about experimenting with the best ingredients found around the world. She infuses these flavors to create unique yet authentic traits found in every dish. Her creativity in food styling is incredible as she preaches “You eat with your eyes first”.

Chef Pearl is a resident of Blauvelt.
