Chef Pearl is back in the kitchen at Blauvelt Free Library. This time, we will be celebrating the Lunar New Year as Chef Pearl shows us how to make her delicious Stir Fried Noodle with Chicken and Vegetables... a staple dish and symbolic of having a long happy healthy life.
