Policing before computers, cell phones, and other high tech equipment required you to sharped your basic instincts, not to mention developing your own strategies to stay one step ahead of a swiftly approaching disaster. In addition to how much the job drastically changed over the past forty years, Mitch shares his most personal on the job experiences.
