Learn how to make paper quilled earrings with Carlise Azmitia. Materials will be supplied. Carlise is an artist, craft maker, instructor, founder and owner of Hudson Valley Atelier.
Please Note: The first week of registration will only be for those residing within the South Orangetown School District (Blauvelt, Orangeburg, Palisades, Piermont, Sparkill, and Tappan). Registration for all others wishing to attend will begin Wednesday, September 4.
