Story Sprouts Yoga provides story-based yoga programs for schools, libraries, and private events. Our programs cater to a variety of themes, age groups, and preferences. Our goal is to foster inclusivity and create a safe and supportive environment for all participants to practice. Our classes include engaging activities such as breathing exercises, stretching, puppetry, storytelling, music, games, and more... For ages 3-8 with caregiver.
Please Note: The first week of registration will only be for those residing within the South Orangetown School District (Blauvelt, Orangeburg, Palisades, Piermont, Sparkill, and Tappan). Registration for all others wishing to attend will begin Wednesday, May 1st.
