Calling all teens! It's time to get in the spooky spirit with our 2nd annual Haunted House Competition. You can drop off your house at the Orangeburg Library anytime between Monday, October 16 and Sunday, October 22. Judging will take place from Monday, October 23rd to Monday, October 30th. The winner will be announced on Halloween!
