Calling all teens! It's time to get in the spooky spirit with our annual Haunted House Competition. You can drop off your house at the Orangeburg Library anytime between Thursday, October 16 and Wednesday, October 22. Judging will take place from Thursday, October 23rd to Thursday, October 30th. The winner will be announced on Halloween!
