The Friends of Blauvelt Free Library invite you to a trip to the Culinary Institute of America, the “World’s Premier Culinary College” on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. Lunch will be at the Ristorante Caterina De’ Medici followed by the CIA Experience tour. There is a set menu for the luncheon.

  • First Course – Insalata di Arugula; argula salad with seasonal berries, radishes, parmesan shavings
  • Main Course – Petto di Polla Alla Salvia; roasted chicken breast with sage, semolina gnocchi, glazed carrots
  • Dessert – Mousse al Cioccolato e Noci Pecan ; chocolate mousse, caramelized pecan crunch, chocolate cake, chocolate gelato
  • Coffee, tea, iced tea, are included in cost.
  • Additional beverages are available for purchase with your credit or debit card, cash is not accepted by CIA.
  • Food restrictions should be noted at the time of in-person registration.

The cost for trip is $135.00 which includes the charter bus, lunch, tour and gratuities. 

* Registration needs to be done in person at the library. Cash or personal check made payable to Friends of  Blauvelt Free Library.*
