Join us on Monday morning for Chair Yoga & Meditation with Debbie Broadman who will teach you various yoga poses along with a meditative journey to restore, refresh and rejuvenate your body and mind. These classes are hybrid.
Children up to 2 years old with an adult.
Drop-in Mondays from 11:00-11:30am

This class will include breath work, guided meditation, and mindfulness practices as well as gentle arm and leg movements while seated, opening up the joints and activating the muscles.
