Welcome to Summer Reading for Kids with this year's theme Adventure Begins at Your Library! Ms. Nancy will be offering drop-in craft time Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 3:00 - 5:00 pm
Join us on Monday morning for Chair Yoga & Meditation with Debbie Broadman who will teach you various yoga poses along with a meditative journey to restore, refresh and rejuvenate your body and mind. These classes are hybrid.
Children up to 2 years old with an adult.

This class will include breath work, guided meditation, and mindfulness practices as well as gentle arm and leg movements while seated, opening up the joints and activating the muscles.
