Join a dedicated group that sets out for a weekly, hour long walk on the Joseph B. Clarke Rail Trail (weather permitting). Meet up at Blauvelt Free Library. 

This class will include pranayama (breath work), guided meditation, and/or mindfulness practice as well as gentle arm and leg movements while seated, opening up the joints and activating the muscles.
