Join us on Monday morning for Chair Yoga & Meditation with Debbie Broadman who will teach you various yoga poses along with a meditative journey to restore, refresh and rejuvenate your body and mind. These classes are hybrid.
Children up to 2 years old with an adult.

Please join us on the first Monday of the month for our book club discussion group with Reference Librarian Barbara Chen as the facilitator. The selected book for November is Apples Never Fall by Liane Moriarty.
This class will include breath work, guided meditation, and mindfulness practices as well as gentle arm and leg movements while seated, opening up the joints and activating the muscles.
