Join a dedicated group that sets out for a weekly, hour long walk. During the cold winter months, the group will meet at the Target interior Palisades Mall entrance at 10am.

Join us for rhymes, songs and puppets in our Storycraft Cottage. Please let us know if you cannot attend after registering.

This class will include pranayama (breath work), guided meditation, and/or mindfulness practice as well as gentle arm and leg movements while seated, opening up the joints and activating the muscles.

Warm up with cozy winter stories, songs, and games, and make a cute snowman craft.

Move rhythmically to music and get fit with Janet Serrao, fitness and Zumba instructor. Easy and fun. No dance experience necessary.
