Our Adult Book Club meets once a month to have a lively discussion about a new book. Members work together to pick a variety of books- usually fiction, but sometimes memoirs.
Share knitting and crocheting projects, learn some stitches and techniques, and generally have fun chatting with others. Bring your needles, crochet hooks and some yarn.
This three session class will focus on slow and gentle moves to increase strength, flexibility and balance.
