Join a dedicated group that sets out for a weekly, hour long walk. Now that the weather is finally warmer, the club will meet at the Blauvelt Free Library at 10am to resume its walk on the Rail Trail.

This class will include meditation, breathing exercises, and overall attention to, and focus on, the body and mind.

Half day of school?  Turn ordinary milk and juice cartons into schools, stores, and houses.
