Join FIT4MOM Rockland for a stroller-friendly workout! Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller!

Sing, dance, and have fun with songs, scarves, and a short book.

Children 2 & 3 years old with an adult.

Stories, songs, and pre-literacy activities.

Share knitting and crocheting projects, learn some stitches and techniques, and generally have fun chatting with others. Bring your needles, crochet hooks and some yarn.
