Join FIT4MOM Rockland for a stroller-friendly workout! Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller!

Share knitting and crocheting projects, learn some stitches and techniques, and generally have fun chatting with others. Bring your needles, crochet hooks and some yarn.  

Unwind with a meditative art piece using Neurographic art techniques. Neurographic is used in many art therapies to reconnect brain neurons. We will be using this as a calming art practice perfect to recharge during the busy holiday season.
