Family Bingo 

Thursdays from 6:30 -7:30pm 

January 22, February 19, March 26, April 23, & May 28

Kids 4 and up (with an adult) for snacks, prizes, and fun!  Limit: 20 total

Join a dedicated group that sets out for a weekly, hour long walk. The club meets at the Blauvelt Free Library at 10am to walk on the Rail Trail. During the cold winter months, the club meets at the Palisades Mall for its hour long walk.

Jump like a monkey, flap your wings like a bird and roar like a bear with songs and tales about animals! Watch in-person on our library's TV screen or watch from your home! 

This program is open to South Orangetown Central School District residents only.

Use our Legos and make an original creation for display! 

Do you have any questions about computers or smartphones? Do you want to learn how to manage your files and folders on your computer or access and download digital books?

You bring your imagination, we'll supply the LEGOs!  Creations will be displayed in the Children's Room.  Sign up per session.

Mah Jongg, Canasta, Bridge-- you name it. We can accommodate up up to six tables of four, on a first come, first served basis.

Does your child love art? Join us on Mondays from 5:30 - 6:15 for a fun and creative series of art and design classes taught by Alexis Starke with an inspiring new theme for this year's Student Art Show- The SILK ROAD.

This program is to raise awareness as to where our food comes from; share growing methods with the public; demonstrate how backyard growing methods can be adapted to a small space garden.

Join us for a fun afternoon making beautiful, beaded bracelets with Melinda.

An open-ended, no-rules approach to PreK art.  Kids create what they want using a variety of materials, while exploring different textures and building fine motor skills.  Dress for mess!  Sign up per session.

Create a heart using beads and pipe cleaners. 

Get ready for some yoga! Ms. Maureen will guide you through some yoga poses and finish the class with a mindfulness activity or a craft.  This program is for Grades K-5 only.

The Board of Trustees of the Blauvelt Free Library meets at 7pm on the 4th Tuesday of the month, except for December, July and August. Meetings are open for public comment at the beginning and close of each session.

Move rhythmically to music and get fit with Janet Serrao, fitness and Zumba instructor. Good balance and able to move quickly is essential for this class.
