Join us on Thursday, March 6th, from 10:30 - 11:30 am for Gentle Yoga with Katie Stoeckeler!  Classes will be slow-paced and will focus on participants finding proper alignment and support within each posture.

These sessions are first come first serve. Bring a friend, meet a friend, and please bring your own materials.
