For Rockland County residents, 60 and over. Rockland County Office for the Aging offers a brief presentation of their programs and services, followed by an introduction to chair yoga and meditation led by a qualified instructor.

Enjoy a story and shake your sillies out with music, scarves, parachute play, and more.  Winter session ends Mar. 4.
