"Empowered Living: The Art of Balancing a Healthy Lifestyle", is a workshop presented by Sinead Harrington and Tripta Velamoor, Co-Founders of Ideal Home Innovations Inc.

Two occupational therapists and highly skilled health care professionals, Tripta and Sinead offer design solutions for home safety and independence as well as insight into our overall well-being as we age.

This class will include meditation, breathing exercises, and overall attention to, and focus on, the body and mind.

Anu Amaran takes a creative approach to deepening the practice of writing using writing exercises and games, suggested readings, and collaborative revision strategies.  She engages you to use your voice and natural self-expression.
