Join a dedicated group that sets out for a weekly, hour long walk. The club meets at the Blauvelt Free Library at 10am to walk on the Rail Trail.

Join Linda Gottlieb for a 6-class series of Beginners Mah Jongg Classes. Learn to play an exciting game while meeting new people and having fun.

This class will include pranayama (breath work), guided meditation, and/or mindfulness practice as well as gentle arm and leg movements while seated, opening up the joints and activating the muscles.
