Program Description

Event Details

This class will include breath work, guided meditation, and mindfulness practices as well as gentle arm and leg movements while seated, opening up the joints and activating the muscles. A portion of the class will be spent standing, using a chair as a prop, for safety and balance. Enjoy a calming and rejuvenating experience. The class suits all body types and ranges of movement.

 

You only need to register for the first session in the series and you will automatically be registered for the following two!
