Event Details
The practice of Tai Chi Chuan offers a way to enhance confidence, relaxation and wellness of body, mind, spirit. This introductory series presents the basics of Cheng Man-Ching’s 37 posture short form. Classes will emphasize slow, steady movement to unify mind-body coordination. Students can expect to experience a better sense of balance, flexibility and renewed energy (chi). All are welcome!
Michael Cervone has many years of Tai Chi practice and other martial arts experience. Since 2012 he has been active with the Rockland County branch of Long River Tai Chi Circle, which is based in Shelburne, MA.
