These sensory friendly sessions engage the whole child through music, movement, and multi-sensory activities in a gentler environment. The program is designed for children with sensitivities to input from sounds, lights and tactile stimulus.
This class will include pranayama (breath work), guided meditation, and/or mindfulness practice as well as gentle arm and leg movements while seated, opening up the joints and activating the muscles.
