This class will include breath work, guided meditation, and mindfulness practices as well as gentle arm and leg movements while seated, opening up the joints and activating the muscles.

Spend the afternoon outside creating different art projects using a variety of techniques and mediums.  All levels welcome.  Sign up per session.  Meet in the park behind the library and bring a blanket or towel to sit on.

Library staff visit the Esplanade at Palisades to offer library card signups and books to borrow.

Enjoy some time visiting with beautiful therapy dog Luna while Ms. Nancy reads doggie stories. Please register as space will be limited. Register all children who will be in attendance. 

You can both learn and play chess with our talented teen volunteers. 

Lessons from 2:30-3:30 and then free play from 3:30-4:30.

Ages 7 - 12. No Drop-offs. Parent/guardian must stay in the building.

Sign up for a 10-minute session and "pause" to read with Ollie, an adorable miniature Schnauzer and certified therapy dog.  Bring a book or arrive early to pick one out.
