Join a dedicated group that sets out for a weekly, hour long walk. During the cold winter months, the group will meet at the Target interior Palisades Mall entrance at 10am.

Register and pick up supplies between Jan. 24-Feb. 7 to make a snowman that never melts.

Join certificated instructor Miss Sarah for a special Zumba program created just for young children.  Zumbini combines music, dance, and educational tools for bonding, learning, and fun!  Sign up per session.  

This class will include pranayama (breath work), guided meditation, and/or mindfulness practice as well as gentle arm and leg movements while seated, opening up the joints and activating the muscles.

Chef Pearl is back in the kitchen at Blauvelt Free Library. This time, we will be celebrating the Lunar New Year as Chef Pearl shows us how to make her delicious Stir Fried Noodle with Chicken and Vegetables...
