Join us on Monday morning for Chair Yoga & Meditation with Debbie Broadman who will teach you various yoga poses along with a meditative journey to restore, refresh and rejuvenate your body and mind. These classes are hybrid.

Dr. Paul Trinkoff of Orangetown Chiropractic Center, provides interactive workouts to improve strength, cardiovascular health, mobility and balance all from the comfort of a sturdy chair.  Bring weights to the "virtual" class.

Get supersized!  We'll use giant sheets of paper to draw and decorate life-sized portraits for your at-home gallery.   

Yarn, glue, and wax paper will be used to make a variety of beautiful icy snowflakes! This craft is messy and sticky - please dress for mess.  This program is for Grades K-2 only.
