Join us on Monday morning for Chair Yoga & Meditation with Debbie Broadman who will teach you various yoga poses along with a meditative journey to restore, refresh and rejuvenate your body and mind. These classes are hybrid.

Dr. Paul Trinkoff of Orangetown Chiropractic Center, provides interactive workouts to improve strength, cardiovascular health, mobility and balance all from the comfort of a sturdy chair.  Bring weights to the "virtual" class.

Get ready for some music and dancing with Miss Lauren! For children ages 0 to 4 with caregiver.

Designed for children with sensitivities to input from sounds, lights and tactile stimulus, this sensory-friendly program engages the whole child through music, movement, and multi-sensory activities in a gentle environment.

This class will include meditation, breathing exercises, and overall attention to, and focus on, the body and mind.

Dancers, circus folk, and performers of all ages! Join us in a storytime of revelry, inspiration, and FUN! Create your own imaginary circus creatures to take home!

Explore new spices, new cuisines, and new cultures by joining the Spice of the Month Club. Your kit will contain a sample of the spice, a brief history, and some recipes to try.

These sessions are first come first serve. Bring a friend, meet a friend, and please bring your own materials.

Join us in the historic room for quiet reading with some cookies and warm drinks. Soft, soothing music and electric candles will help you to relax!
