Dr. Paul Trinkoff of Orangetown Chiropractic Center, provides interactive workouts to improve strength, cardiovascular health, mobility and balance all from the comfort of a sturdy chair.  Bring weights to the "virtual" class.

Designed for children with sensitivities to input from sounds, lights and tactile stimulus, this sensory-friendly program engages the whole child through music, movement, and multi-sensory activities in a gentle environment.

This class will include pranayama (breath work), guided meditation, and/or mindfulness practice as well as gentle arm and leg movements while seated, opening up the joints and activating the muscles.

Join Mad Science of Northeast NJ for a hands-on workshop about the major systems of the human body.  Kids will learn how their food is digested, how their blood flows, and how their brain controls all of these parts.
