Join us on Thursday, April 3rd, from 10:30 - 11:30 am for Gentle Yoga with Katie Stoeckeler!  Classes will be slow-paced and will focus on participants finding proper alignment and support within each posture.

The practice of Tai Chi Chuan offers a way to enhance confidence, relaxation and wellness of body, mind, spirit. This introductory series presents the basics of Cheng Man-Ching’s 37 posture short form.

This class will include pranayama (breath work), guided meditation, and/or mindfulness practice as well as gentle arm and leg movements while seated, opening up the joints and activating the muscles.

Be inspired by famous artists of the past and present through drawing, painting, and collage.  All levels welcome.  Sign up per session.
