Zumba Gold is for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity!

Yoga moves and a story with Miss Danielle! For ages 5 & under

Dr. Paul Trinkoff of Orangetown Chiropractic Center, provides interactive workouts to improve strength, cardiovascular health, mobility and balance all from the comfort of a sturdy chair. Bring weights to the "virtual" class.

Join a dedicated group that sets out for a weekly, hour long walk. The club meets at the Blauvelt Free Library at 10am to walk on the Rail Trail.

Join Linda Gottlieb for a 6-class series of Beginners Canasta Classes. Learn to play an exciting game while meeting new people and having fun.

Attendance at the first class is mandatory for participation, and registration is required.

This class will include breath work, guided meditation, and mindfulness practices as well as gentle arm and leg movements while seated, opening up the joints and activating the muscles.

Spend the afternoon outside creating different art projects using a variety of techniques and mediums.  All levels welcome.  Sign up per session.  Meet in the park behind the library.

Mah Jongg, Canasta, Bridge-- you name it. We can accommodate up up to six tables of four, on a first come, first served basis. 

 Create a beautiful bird house using paper napkins and Mod Podge.
