Join the Teen Advisory Board.  Come to our meeting to do a small project and talk with other teens. This meeting counts as one hour of community service!  You must sign up for each month separately.

Dr. Paul Trinkoff of Orangetown Chiropractic Center, provides interactive workouts to improve strength, cardiovascular health, mobility and balance all from the comfort of a sturdy chair.  Bring weights to the "virtual" class.

The class is a continuation of the Italian for Beginners classes. If you are familiar with the language and would like to expand upon what you already know, then this class is for you.

More than a game, Mah Jongg offers opportunities to socialize with other players and is an effective workout for your brain. It's also a lot of fun to learn with Linda Gottlieb as the instructor.
