Join us on Monday morning for Chair Yoga & Meditation with Debbie Broadman who will teach you various yoga poses along with a meditative journey to restore, refresh and rejuvenate your body and mind. These classes are hybrid.

Dr. Paul Trinkoff of Orangetown Chiropractic Center, provides interactive workouts to improve strength, cardiovascular health, mobility and balance all from the comfort of a sturdy chair. Bring weights to the "virtual" class.

Register today to reserve your Take and Make Candy Corn Catapult.  Kits will be placed in the lobby for pickup on November 20th.  Your kit will be labeled with your first name and last initial.

Anu Amaran takes a creative approach to deepening the practice of writing using writing exercises and games, suggested readings, and collaborative revision strategies.  She engages you to use your voice and natural self-expression.

The Maturely Motivated Players is a traveling troupe of seniors who bring their entertainment of adapted readings from the writing of well known humorists to community and private venues throughout Rockland and Bergen County N.J.

Caitlin Rulli will demonstrate how to make a healthy and delicious salad in a jar using seasonal fruits and vegetables. Attendees will make and take their own salad in a jar to enjoy at home.

Please join us on the third Thursday of the month for our virtual book club discussion group with Lynne Warshavsky as the facilitator. The selected book for November is Apples Never Fall by Liane Moriarty.

Orangeburg Library partners with Blauvelt Free Library to present Philip Cross, teaching graceful movements of seated Tai Chi. Students enjoy the comfort of part of your home.

Meet ShopRite of Northvale's Dietician, Caitlin Rulli!  She will be visiting the library each month to make some healthy snacks.  For Grades K-5. You must register for each month individually.
