Interested in hiking but don’t know where to start, this program is for you. It will introduce you to the basics of hiking, e.g., what to wear, bring, local hiking locations, etc., and some sample starter hikes you might enjoy exploring.

You bring your imagination, we'll supply the LEGOs!  Creations will be displayed in the Children's Room.  Sign up per session.  

Zumba Gold is for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.

Join us on Monday morning for Chair Yoga & Meditation with Debbie Broadman who will teach you various yoga poses to improve strength, flexibility and balance, along with a meditative journey to restore, refresh and rejuvenate your body and min

Children up to 2 years old with an adult.
Drop-in Mondays from 11:00-11:30am
Stories, songs, and finger play.

This class will include breath work, guided meditation, and mindfulness practices as well as gentle arm and leg movements while seated, opening up the joints and activating the muscles.

Dr. Paul Trinkoff of Orangetown Chiropractic Center, provides interactive workouts to improve strength, cardiovascular health, mobility and balance all from the comfort of a sturdy chair. Bring weights to the "virtual" class.

A four-part class for experienced watercolor painters. Advanced techniques will be explored. 

Sing, dance, and have fun with songs, scarves, and a short book.  Spring session ends May 21.

Share knitting and crocheting projects, learn some stitches and techniques, and generally have fun chatting with others. Bring your needles, crochet hooks and some yarn.
