Do you love getting lost in the world of a picture book? Do picture books take you to magical places? Then come join the picture book club at the library! Each month, we read a book and do a fun craft.

All aboard the Polar Express! Wear your pajamas and join Miss Kimberly for a magical night! We will read the book and make a craft.  Goody bags will be provided!

Meet, mingle and trade yarns with others. 

Book  Club meets once per month. If interested in joining, reach out to the library to be added to the email list--or just show up! As usual we will skip a selection for the busy month of December.

Earn an hour of community service credit while sharing your ideas and helping plan events for your friends.

A tale of three strangers from vastly different worlds – Dorothy, Vivien and Jimmy – who are brought together by chance in wartime London and whose lives become fiercely and fatefully entwined.

These sessions are first come first serve. Bring a friend, meet a friend, and please bring your own materials.

An open-ended, no-rules approach to PreK art.  Kids create what they want using a variety of materials, while exploring different textures and building fine motor skills.  Dress for mess!  Sign up per session.

Meet your neighbors at this participant-directed group and foster community through a deeper sense of belonging.

The selected book for December is: The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society by Mary Ann Shaffer and Annie Barrows.

Join a dedicated group that sets out for a weekly, hour long walk on the Joseph B. Clarke Rail Trail (weather permitting). Meet up at Blauvelt Free Library. 

Jump like a monkey, flap your wings like a bird and roar like a bear with songs and tales about animals! Watch in-person on our library's TV screen or watch from your home! 

Dance along with certified instructor Miss Sarah at this special Zumba program designed just for young children.  

This class will include meditation, breathing exercises, and overall attention to, and focus on, the body and mind.

Come listen to snowman stories and make your own cotton ball stamped snowman to take home!
