This class will include pranayama (breath work), guided meditation, and/or mindfulness practice as well as gentle arm and leg movements while seated, opening up the joints and activating the muscles.

Mah Jongg, Canasta, Bridge-- you name it. Blauvelt Free Library joins cohorts to offer a rounded out schedule at venues in Orangetown and Clarkstown for board and card game fans.

Library staff visit the Esplanade at Palisades to offer library card signups and books to borrow.
