Join us on Monday morning for Chair Yoga & Meditation with Debbie Broadman who will teach you various yoga poses along with a meditative journey to restore, refresh and rejuvenate your body and mind. These classes are hybrid.

Dr. Paul Trinkoff of Orangetown Chiropractic Center, provides interactive workouts to improve strength, cardiovascular health, mobility and balance all from the comfort of a sturdy chair.  Bring weights to the "virtual" class.

Weekly meeting of the Palisades Library Historic Committee.  If you are interested in joining, please ask the library to put you in touch with Alice Gerard.

This class will include pranayama (breath work), guided meditation, and/or mindfulness practice as well as gentle arm and leg movements while seated, opening up the joints and activating the muscles.

On Tuesday, August 20. At 2pm, the Tappan Free Library will present "Celebrating Women's Equality Day through Dance and Music" a performance by the Debra Weiss Dance Company and Musicians.

Library staff visit the Esplanade at Palisades to offer library card signups and books to borrow.
