This class will include breath work, guided meditation, and mindfulness practices as well as gentle arm and leg movements while seated, opening up the joints and activating the muscles.

Dr. Debra Weiss presents Bailes Latinos, a one-hour fitness dance class celebrating Hispanic Heritage. The classes include a warm-up, core work, stretching, and cardio dance moves from the Merengue (Dominican Republic) and Mambo (Cuba).
