Join us on Friday, November 15th, from 10:30 - 11:30 am for Gentle Yoga with Katie Stoeckeler!  Classes will be slow-paced and will focus on participants finding proper alignment and support within each posture.

Explore new spices, new cuisines, and new cultures by joining the Spice of the Month Club. Your kit will contain a sample of the spice, a brief history, and some recipes to try.
