Dr. Paul Trinkoff of Orangetown Chiropractic Center, provides interactive workouts to improve strength, cardiovascular health, mobility and balance all from the comfort of a sturdy chair. Bring weights to the "virtual" class.

Register today to reserve your Take and Make Sugar Lip Scrub. Kits will be placed in the lobby for pickup on January 9th.  Your kit will be labeled with your first name and last initial.

This class will include pranayama (breath work), guided meditation, and/or mindfulness practice as well as gentle arm and leg movements while seated, opening up the joints and activating the muscles.

Are you looking for a new jigsaw puzzle?  Come "shop" our puzzle exchange and bring home something new!  You don't need to have contributed a puzzle to shop the exchange.

Share knitting and crocheting projects, learn some stitches and techniques, and generally have fun chatting with others. Bring your needles, crochet hooks and some yarn.  

Meet ShopRite of Northvale's Dietician, Caitlin Rulli!  She will be visiting the library each month to make some healthy snacks.  For Grades K-5. You must register for each month individually.
