In the summer of 1873, the body of an “unknown woman” was recovered from the Hudson River along the Palisades.

Sing, dance, and have fun with songs, scarves, and a short book.  Winter session ends Mar. 5.

This class will include pranayama (breath work), guided meditation, and/or mindfulness practice as well as gentle arm and leg movements while seated, opening up the joints and activating the muscles.

These sessions are first come first serve. Bring a friend, meet a friend, and please bring your own materials.

Zumba Gold is for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.

School's out so head over to the library for a reptile-filled program with Hudson Valley Reptiles and Rescue!  You never know which type of reptiles you'll meet in this event.

Share knitting and crocheting projects, learn some stitches and techniques, and generally have fun chatting with others. Bring your needles, crochet hooks and some yarn.
